Across most of our shows, Viva operates table service from our award winning team of Food & Beverage assistants.
You can:-
Order & Pay via mobile - scan the QR code on your table, or click the link that we will text you out before your arrival - and browse our full range of drinks, food and other snacks on your mobile. Our mobile order and pay solution is a really simple way of ordering - and will also store your order so you can order another round at just the click of a button.
Order via our Table Hosts - our team will regularly circulate around the room taking orders
Please note - All of our bars and table service team accept card and cash payments, though we do prefer cards as they are quicker and safer to process.

- Bottled Beers Packages - Chilled and served up in an ice bucket, our bottled beers packages can offer a saving against purchasing individual bottles

New Years Eve Gala 2026 - FAQs
Balances will be due for collection on the 1st December 2026.
We understand there may be some last minute changes, but we do require a full payment as the booking stands at the 1st December 2026.
Any additions can then be advised upon in the run up to New Years Eve
We will send a reminder of the balance being due before 1st December
Yes we require menu choices in advance for New Years Eve to ensure the event runs smoothly.
We require menu choices by the 20th December at the latest, to allow us to order sufficient stock and make arrangements in time for New Years Eve
The full menu will be published and available by the end of April 2025
If you do not have our TicketProtection cover in place, then all bookings are non-refundable.
