You can opt to protect your ticket against illness, travel issues and other disruption with our ‘Viva FullFlex Ticket Protection’ offer.
For this we will offer a flexible booking arrangement, whereas if you are unable to make the performance for any reason – we will refund your tickets (including any box office charges) to a credit on your customer account with us which you can use at the venue towards any purchase for a period of 18 months.
If ticket protection is not taken, all tickets are unfortunately non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
- Cancellation Timing
- Cancellations can only be actioned prior to the performance start time.
- No vouchers will be issued for no-shows or for events that have already taken place.
- Voucher Issuance
- A voucher will be issued for the full value of payments received at the time of cancellation.
- If a booking was made using a deposit scheme, only the amount paid up to the cancellation date will be included in the voucher.
- Voucher Usage
- Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
- After this period, the voucher will automatically expire, and any unused balance will be forfeited.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original booking customer.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for non-ticket-related or upgrade purchases.
- Eligibility
- FullFlex must be added at the time of booking. It cannot be purchased or applied retrospectively to an existing booking.
- FullFlex is only applicable to standard ticket bookings and may not apply to certain promotional offers or third-party ticket sales.
- Limitations
- FullFlex does not cover cancellations made after the scheduled start time of the booked event.
- We reserve the right to refuse voucher issuance in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
- Disputes
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Viva Blackpool management is final and binding.
